How bad does this hurt?

Took the October LSAT probably not as prepared as I should've been- with school and all studying kinda got pushed to the backburner. Had PT'd at 168 on each of the last 4 tests I took before the real one, but I could tell I still had room for improvement (a couple stupid mistakes on each test, timing issues on games had to guess on a few, etc.). Took the October test and got a 162, completely messed up the games. I've decided to sit out this cycle, retake, and wait for next year but my question is how bad is that 162 gonna look for T14s (3.9 gpa) if I hit at least a 168 (or hopefully in the 170s) next time I take it? I've been told some average, some take highest. Thanks all.
