164, 3.83 do I stand a chance?

Okay so my GPA is 3.83, and LSAT is 164. Beyond that I have strong softs- internships, leadership, community involvement, and work
What are my chances at:
Any T14? Georgetown more specifically
GW
BU
BC
Worth it to ED at any T14 or any of the others?
Any other recommendations?
And please don't just recommend retaking.
Thanks

Everyone's going to recommend retaking because that's what you should do!

Your softs sound mediocre at best. Round these parts "strong softs" is usually code for "I know my LSAT score isn't good enough but I don't feel like retaking so please don't tell me to."
Also: Retake!

Agreed- you gotta retake it sucks but its true.
I'm in roughly the same boat- gpa 3.9 lsat 162 and im gonna sit out this cycle, take a year off and apply next year. It sucks, especially with how forgiving this cycle is predicted to be, but such is life.
However, if you are dead set on applying now, a think you have a decent shot at georgetown and maybe the bottom of the T14, enough so that its worth a try but I wouldn't bank on it. Probably in at a GW-type school though...

TBH if retaking isn't an option:
BC you are a lock. At the median LSAT and above the 75th in GPA.
BU you will probably get in but probably no money.
GW you will be a reach here but I think you have about a 50/50 chance of getting in but again probably no money unless you ED.
T14 you are SOL

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I don't think OP has a shot at any T14s. Jets, you have a better chance with your 3.9 paired with a 162. It seems if you are a reverse splitter your GPA needs to be closer to the 75th percentile than the median, and the school needs to one that takes many true reverse splitters. OP's 3.83 is above median at lots of T14s, but I doubt it will be enough.
There's no harm in applying this cycle and seeing what happens, but retake is TCR. Three more points and you've got Cornell; five and you've got Mich, Duke, GT, and possibly P; seven and Chi and NYU could happen; 10 and you've got a shot anywhere. Somewhere in there you'll also amass large scholarships to the schools you are thinking about now. Think about how good it'd feel to, at the very least, be looking at full rides to the schools you are thinking about now, not to mention having Cornell or Mich in the mix. You aren't far away from that...five questions more right.
