Upward trends/outliers; is my 3.49 worth more than 3.49?

First university, regionally respected, little known nationally.
Fall 2002 3.31
Spring 2003 3.20
Fall 2003 3.85
Spring 2004 3.67

Transfered into better school; regionally worshipped, nationally recognized (high 20s/low 30s in national rank)
Fall 2004 2.75
Spring 2005 3.58
Fall 2005 3.60
Spring 2006 3.93
Summer 2006 3.50

TOTAL CUM GPA 3.49

OK, in bold is an obvious outlier of a semester. I had a rough transition moving to the new school, but obviously rallied. Also, at both schools obvious upward trends are evident as I adjusted to the changes.
Is this worth a good PS/addendum or would it bea waste of time?

Even with the bad semester removed your GPA is mediocre. I'd can the addendum.

There's nothing positive an addendum would do for you.

Congratulations, you have a 3.49 that is the equivalent of a 3.49. I hope you've done well on the LSAT.

Frankly, this question is embarrassing. Shame on you.
