Hey guys, any help would be greatly appreciated!

163 first time, 169 second
3.53 GPA, trend is from 2.83 in first term to 4.03 in last term (Canadian grades after conversion by LSAC)
Civil Engineering from one of the best universities in Canada
20 months of work experience in 4 different positions (internships), mostly construction and engineering, otherwise almost non-existent softs

Any chance at T14 schools? I'm mostly concerned with my GPA, any light in this regard would be helpful!

You should have a shot at a few schools 7-14 this cycle. The WE that the above poster mentions plus a 170/171 LSAT could move you into the $ range with a couple 7-14's and possible acceptance to Penn and NYU.

HYSCCB are out either way though.
