Someone out there correct me if I'm wrong, but Berkeley seems to be one of the most difficult of the T14 to predict based on numbers. It seems like they put a big emphasis on diversity and unusual softs as opposed to just numbers.

Accurate to an extent. You still need the numbers to get in, so softs wont overcome weak numbers, but they seem to look for other things even for strong candidates.

That said, the graph isnt all that different from their peers like P or V, except they reject people instead of waitlisting them.
