166 / 3.61/4.3 (top university in Korea) / WE 7 yrs

Dear all,
I have tried to get a sense of how my chances are based on previous posts, but still need some kind advice.
LSAT: 164 and 166
GPA: 3.61 on a 4.3 scale from a top university in Korea (yes, I am Korean). Am not sure how you can compare this with the GPA from US undergrad schools, but I did get a comment that my GPA is competitive from a T14 admission team
Work experience: 7 years in private equity and investment banking at a top tier US investment bank
What are my chances getting in the T14? Especially, Berkeley, UPenn, Michigan, Northwestern, and Cornell.
I guess NYU or Columbia and Chicago are out of my reach?
For Northwestern, I am debating if I should apply for the accelerated JD program with my GMAT score or ED with my current LSAT score.
Any thoughts on ED for UPenn and Michigan?
If I decide to retake in December I guess a score that is below 170 would not make a huge difference to my application package?
Many thanks in advance!
