Don't waste your time applying to the top-14

Duke - out
Cornell - out
UVA - out
NYU - out
GULC - out

If you have lots of money to burn, you have a shot at UVA ED, and if that doesn't work out then Georgetown ED.

Retake, retake, retake. You're 8 points under your highest PT; if you hit 170, you'll save 100K+.

If you insist on ignoring TCR, though, ED UVA. I think their median is actually 3.87, so you might have somewhat of a chance of getting to pay sticker price. Be prepared for a WL.

Still, retake. A year off and W.E. will actually help your cause.

Check lawschoolnumbers.com

People with those numbers have snuck in, but why sneak in and take out 280K debt when a few more LSAT points can limit that debt substantially? Like I said, only ED anywhere if you have lots of money to waste. And even if paying sticker is fine with you, 3-4 more LSAT points makes a few of the lower T-14 schools very likely whereas right now there's a good chance you won't land any T-14s.
