my guess:
in Penn
in UVA
in Duke $
in GULC $$

UPenn - In with some skrilla
UVA - SHOULD be in, but might get WL
Duke - In easily, with money
GULC (what $ here?) - GULC is stingy, however you can probably expect at least $90k here, but you'll have to convince them you actually want to attend
