IMO,

Your reaches are Cornell and UCLA. You could apply to NU and GULC, but they are really shots in the dark because you are below both medians.

Your targets should be UT/USC/Vandy/Fordham/BU/UMN/WUSTL/Emory/UW/GW

If your T14 or bust send an ED to GULC they took a few people with slightly numbers than you last year but then you need to ask whether or not you want to drop that kind of cash for GULC
