3.99/164 - Chances at UT-Austin? Forum

Had 163 in June; studied my ass off for retake and felt very prepared, but ended up with only a 164. 3.99 GPA in a liberal arts major at state university. I'd like to go to a school in Texas. What are my chances at UT-Austin?
