Retake or don't go to law school. I know it is easy to say, but with those stats you are in trouble.

I wouldnt do a "practice apply" because you may be convinced to attend a bad school after rationalizing it

Good sir. You must retake. Don't walk in the front doors of the law school on Day 1 and get instantly depressed.
