3.39 GPA from good public school, 164, what are my limits?

What level of law school can I get in to, and what (additional) LSAT score do I need to get? I'm currently a senior looking at Fall 2013 admittance. I have strong writing skills so let me know of anything feasible. Thanks!

-Marketing major with 3.39 GPA at James Madison University (ranked #32 in the nation for UGrad business schools by Businessweek if that matters). I did have two bad consecutive semesters 2nd semester Sophomore year and 1st semester Junior year (2.75 and 2.9 respectively), not sure how bad this will reflect on me.
-Employed as the advertising manager of my University's paper: manage 15 employees and am responsible for achieving about half a million in revenue per year
-Member of a national honor fraternity, have held multiple leadership roles
-Employed as an intern with my county government (nothing legal related) for 3 summers
-Employed last summer as a marketing support analyst for a small IT firm
-Can get great recommendations from both employers and professors

I'd love to go somewhere like UVA or Georgetown, and I'm also looking at William & Mary. What can I expect?

There is nothing that can be said without an LSAT score.

Your softs are mediocre, meaning:

A. Don't count on them giving you any sort of a boost in admissions.

And

B. You don't really need a thread on here because there is nothing anyone can tell you that the predictors can't. Enjoy lawschoolnumbers.com and mylsn.info.

I'd advise hitting as close to a 180 as you can possibly get and then applying and seeing what happens. Right now, possibly in at W&M but I wouldn't go there without a major scholarship.

Shoot for 169-Gtown and 170-UVA. If you are financing law school yourself and bringing any kind of debt with you from UG, I would cross William and Mary off the list; they don't offer enough aid.

Does the quality of school and job leadership experience not matter much? Wouldn't a BBA from a top 50 school with extensive work experience be better than a BBA from an accept-anyone state school and working at burger king?

Many accept-anyone state schools are ranked in the top 50. Undergrad is highly unlikely to matter to adcomms, and on the very off chance it does it will only be because you went to a school like Stanford or Princeton. As to your work experience, I'd ask "What work experience?" You haven't even finished college yet. But just like the name of your undergrad, rarely will work experience, either during college or after, make a difference.

All that matters is your GPA and LSAT. You have a the rest of this year to get that GPA up, and all of that time and more to improve the LSAT score.
