I am an electrical engineering major and mathematics minor with a 2.5 GPA, major GPA 3.1. 5 years working experience in electronic and communication engineering, plus some legal works associated with communication technology. Grand P.E. license in 2010. My LSAT scored from Dec 2011 was 150. Since I will work full time and attend to law school as part time, Santa Clara part time program is my only target. I would like to know that whether my work experiences and other soft back ground will help my low UGPA or not. I am planning to retake LSAT, what would be the safe score to get into Santa Clara part time? thank for answering my question.

Retake or don't go.

You should be admitted to Santa Clara part-time with a mid-150s LSAT score due to your work experience & engineering major/background in addition to the strong liklihood of lessened competition for admission.
http://www.lawschoolnumbers.com may help, but this cycle will see fewer apps so past results may not be a great predictor.

Agree with the above post. Consider taking the GMAT & applying to business school since you can better utilize your math minor plus you'll probably get a job.
