Without retaking the LSAT, what are my chances with a 167 and a 3.94 at the T14? And should I ED anywhere? Thanks for your help.

You should be in at a couple schools. Check out LawSchoolNumbers.com and see how others with similar numbers did the last couple cycles.

I would look into Texas. It is similar in prestige and employment, but you could probably pull off some merit scholarship. Also check out Cornell in Ithaca, NY. You would be highly competitive in their admissions cycle this year.

FWIW I'm already in at Duke with slightly worse stats. You'll get in somewhere, chances at Cornell especially look good. Agreed on Texas if you have ties and want to work in the Southwest. LSN is your friend.

Big Zuck, when you say slightly worse stats, which is worse (if you don't mind sharing)? I am in a boat that could end up being very similar to yours depending on whether or not your LSAT or GPA is worse...

You may not need to ED anywhere. You will probably end up on some WLs. Ride them out.

My friend had pretty much identical numbers to yours and he got into Chicago off the waitlist in May. Be patient and you'll get into some great schools because your GPA is awesome.
