3.44, 164 LSAT Chances at Emory/UGA

LSAC and the lawschoolnumbers site seem to predict my chances being anywhere from 30-50% for these two schools. I feel I will have a good essay, LORs, and decent softs. I am also applying in September to increase my chances as much as possible. I was curious about what people thought my chances would be, and if declining apps will factor in at all.

Maybe Uga. Emory isn't going to happen. You'll probably hear this a bunch, but retake. A 166 or higher will get you Emory.
