LSAT 165 (Dec 2011), 170 (Feb 2012)
GPA 3.64 from top 20 private (upward slope - 3.3ish freshmen+sophmore year, 3.9 junior year 4.0 senior year)
Mediocre softs, 2 years WE between junior and senior year (took two years off), international student, Asian
I'm down to EDing either Penn or NYU. I prefer NYU due to the location but I feel like I have better chances getting in at Penn. Do you guys think my numbers are good enough for NYU ED? Please help me out here.

probably out at NYU
great shot at Penn ED - they have a January ED option now, so you may look at ED nyu, then ed penn if that doesn't work - maybe that would work w/o the Jan. ED. What about applying regular decision to the lower T14 and shooting for a little $ ?

I know that Penn just implemented January ED this year but do you think January ED will actually help my chances? I feel like even if it does, it won't help as much as the November ED.

I think NYU ED has a clause that says you can't ED anywhere else.

I think NYU ED has a clause that says you can't ED anywhere else.
Does the clause specify if you can't ED anywhere else
simultaneously (which makes more sense), or does the fact that you've been rejected from ED release you from that constraint? (so one would be able to apply Penn's Jan ed?)
Intersted since I'm also trying to decide between NYU or Penn ED (168/4.18)
