Second time around splitter...better or worse

I applied last cycle, apps went out late and I felt a little like I was settling.

The numbers:
LSAT:167
GPA:2.98

Medical ad for low GPA first two years, extreme correction third and fourth year.
I live in DC
Just accepted a Senior VP position

The Schools:

Reaches:
Georgetown
UVA
North Western
BU
Cornell

Targets:
George Washington-Dinged
Notre Dame-WL
Fordham-accepted
BC-WL

Safety:
Illinois-accepted
William and Mary-accepted

Im guessing you will have similar, maybe slightly better, results at your target schools. You are most likely out at the reaches. You should retake in October.

Retake, and the only two schools on that list worth going to with no scholarship money are UVa and Northwestern. I'd ED to UVA for sure.

Exact same numbers for the most part (worked my butt off this summer and got that gpa to 3) and I am retaking in Oct.

Real question is, is your new SVP something you want to give up in a year?
