\nIt\'s actually pretty decent, pulls in $100-$200 every six months, so I appreciate the original suggestion. At least pays for the server fees, if nothing else. Re: myLSN.info
The GUI deleter now tries to backup your posts. just be sure to rename the old backup if you run it again, because it will overwrite the old backup. it also lets you control where to start and end, and when you enter a number gives you details on the post @ that number.
Also, just a thought on people deleting their posts. I think it's being overdone, people are being rather over-paranoid. I made the deleter for a very specific circumstance, where you think there's a high probability that you might be outed or know you have already been outed and want to remove your posts (as happened to a friend of mine). IMO there's no need for the typical poster to delete their posts unless they're posting something like horribly racist stuff along with their social security number, especially in waiting threads which are lounged (where users who are not logged in cannot see them) anyway.

Re: myLSN.info
Someone informed me over PM that the deleter is no longer working. Looks like it was blocked by TLS. The block is easy enough to get around, but since it indicates to me that TLS doesn't want the deleter running I obviously won't be modifying the code to get around it.
That having been said, from my perspective it's not out of the question that the deleter could be available again, but it's up to TLS. I sent a message that was relayed to the mods about a week ago that offered to take the script down, along with a few ideas to make the it less disruptive, and while I haven't heard from them, maybe they'll warm up to one or more of the ideas. I hope so because while I acknowledge the deleter can create a disturbance, there are ways to minimize that disturbance, and it's really useful to have in certain circumstances.

The 2015-2016 cycle setting seems to be acting up. Setting the parameters to 120-180/2.00-4.00 shows only a handful of results and 1 person with a decision at Harvard even though, given that range, it should be showing for pretty much everyone who entered their numbers on LSN. Works just fine with the 2014-2015 cycle setting.

Hmm, really strange. Thanks for the heads up. I just ran a full sync so it's updated now, but will look into why it wasn't live-syncing like it's supposed it.gamerish wrote:The 2015-2016 cycle setting seems to be acting up. Is the money shown on the scholarship portion of the Pre-Law tab for 3 years, or 1 year scholarship money?

The majority input as three, but some do input as $$ per year. The only way to find out for sure is to check yourself.josh9308 wrote:Is the money shown on the scholarship portion of the Pre-Law tab for 3 years, or 1 year scholarship money?
