I'm interested in UNC too. According to this website your LSAT is right at the median for students who go to UNC and your GPA is just below.

Also I'm pretty sure state residency at UNC carries significant weight too (I would think UNC undergrad counts for something too). If this stuff is true I'd feel fairly confident as far as UNC goes. Not sure about Wake Forest, though.

I think you should retake. Both UNC and Wake (c/o '14) had medians of 163. IMO, scoring just one point higher would be worth the time and energy .

Credited. UNC doesn't take kindly to strangers.
Wake Forest is a private school. They have no qualms about taking your money.

Apply as soon as you can this fall. I think with those numbers you stand a very good chance. Retake the lsat in october but its not the end of the world if you dont improve as far as UNC is concerned.
Which is your first choice? UNC or Wake?
