3.95 GPA 164 LSAT, Ivy League UG, 3 years work experience

Post by whodatdat » Tue Jul 03, 2012 1:02 am

Hi everyone,

Lawschoolnumbers hasn't been too helpful. Graduated from an Ivy League school 3 years ago and have been working at a bulge bracket investment bank since then. Received my BA with a 3.95/4.0 GPA and just scored a 164 on the June LSAT. PT'ing around 168-172. Was wondering what my chances were at Columbia, NYU, Penn, Northwestern, Chicago and Georgetown. Any help would be much appreciated!

Don't waste that GPA, retake and shoot for HYS or CCN.

Here's my LSN with pretty similar numbers: http://lawschoolnumbers.com/fightforyourmind

Definite no at Columbia, NYU, and Chicago I'd guess. I only applied to NYU of those 3 but they dinged me. I got wait listed at Penn, GULC, Michigan, UVA, Berkeley, and Duke. Got accepted at Northwestern. YMMV, but expect a lot of wait lists with those numbers.
