Just got 167, 3.69 from top 20 undergrad Chances at Penn, NYU? Thanks for help....

No chance at any of the three. Retake and score 170 for UVA and Penn and 172 for NYU.

The problem is that you are below both medians at V/P. Hit median and your chances improve dramatically.

Depends on what you think constitutes a good shot. Possible but very far from a lock.
