3.6x 168 (ED UVA?)

So just took June, almost for sure going to retake in October, I was PTing in the 172 range but that was with an average of about -3 LG we will say. So if I can get that alone to a regular -0 I feel that would make a big difference.

Regardless, what are my chances at ED UVA?

Looking at LSN does not seem to paint a bright picture.

My GPA is above a 3.65 and at or below a 3.69

If all goes to plan my after fall grades will be in the 3.7 to 3.72 range

If I were to ride the WL train somewhere and all goes to plan my after spring grades would be 3.75

TL;DR
3.6x 168 chance me ED UVA

I'm not sure how similar this cycle will be to the last, but I was a reverse splitter and got into UVA regular decision before January. 165, 3.9.

hmm thanks for the info and slimmer of light!
I am not familiar with how different splitters and reverse splitters are in terms of admissions though?
I guess it depends on what numbers the school is looking for, when, and where.

+1

Reverse splitters usually get boned. This cycle was very generous to my kind. I got into two T-10s, waitlisted at NU and Duke, and only was outright dinged at NYU. Also, am not a URM and did not ED anywhere.

My gpa was much higher than yours, but maybe your LSAT might get you in. Doubt it will happen via ED though.

Simmer.

But OP. That person does not really provide any hope. You need to be above one of the two medians to make ED work (UVA takes some really poor GPAs candidates with killer LSAT scores and some low to mid 160 LSATs with above median GPAs - they game the rankings this way). Retake and improve your score to 170+.

Good! If you score a 168, you can score a 170+. Best of luck and do not become complacent. Make sure your average score is in the mid-170s so that you have a cushion in case Test Day jitters get the best of you.
