Top Law Schools

I just got my grade for 2nd semester in my junior year, which was 3.40, but my overall GPA was 3.51 and LSAC GPA was 3.54. My GPA trend was down-ward in the six semesters (3.61, 3.71, 3.25, 3.74, 3.25 and 3.40), so obviously 1st year was better than 2nd, and 2nd was better than 3rd, how law school admission officers would view this trend? I also had 2 Ws on my transcript, but I have plenty credits and only need 4 courses to graduate. I am double majoring in Biology and Political Science in a Top40 Liberal Arts College with class rank about top 20%.
-What are my chances in top law schools, such as Cornell, GT, W&M, Fordham or Emory? Thank you!

Your downward GPA won't matter at all, but do all that you can to boost it up in the time you have left.

You're going to need to do better than a 164-166 on the LSAT for Cornell. Probably around a 169-171 to give you a good shot.

Your downward GPA is worse than a tied upward GPA and that is about the extent to which it matters.

With your GPA though you probably aren't touching T14 without a 169 and a 170 would feel a lot safer.
