Figured out where I want to live: 2.8/168-Florida schools

So I've taken the advice from members of this site and figured out where I want to practice law and live.
GPA:2.8
LSAT:168
What are my chances at:
University of Miami
Florida State
University of Florida
I heard Florida Coastal is a waste of money. So I don't think I'll apply there.
Looking for advice and thought..

I plan to apply in October. Trying to get my application out as fast as possible.

you should be in at Miami. I'm not sure about the others.
If you get in at all 3 at sticker then you should pick between UF and FSU.

I live in Charlotte, NC. I just don't think I have a chance in hell to get into Wake Forest or UNC

I love Florida (or at least my part of it) but considering how fucking awesome Charlotte is... I'd do whatever it takes to stay there. Charlotte and Austin are pretty high on my list of places I'd love to live.

I have a 3.0 before the LSAC made it a 2.8. Should I retake to try to get into UNC or Wake Forest

St. Pete and Jacksonville are the only areas I really see myself being able to enjoy longterm.
