If the W is non-punitive it's not a big deal. Many people on TLS have had 5 or 6 Ws on their transcripts and still ended up in the T-14. If you withdraw will you be retaking it again? If so, what's to say you would do better a second time around? In the long run a B- isn't really that bad especially in a tough class like that.

You won't regret a withdraw, but you will regret a bad grade you didn't need to get when applying to law school.

If it is non-punitive then I would withdraw. 2 Ws on your transcript is nothing. Many people had a lot more and still got into great schools.

Keep the credit. You save a lot of money (possible early graduation) that way and a sub .05 reduction in your gpa will not kill your admission chances.

Not sure what I'd do since the B- doesn't hurt all that bad. But, for what it's worth I had 6 withdrawals and 3.52 when I put my apps in. Got into Virginia, Mich, Duke, Cornell, G'Town, Vandy, and my only rejections were Berkeley and UCLA. So I would definitely say that 2 withdrawals will not hurt you especially since you're in a much tougher major than I was.

Withdraw and if pressed make up a better reason than you weren't good at it or you didn't try hard or w/e the cause is.
3.5 is a soft floor for a few schools, Columbia, Texas and UCLA come to mind I believe (I say that without having looked at LSN recently don't shoot me if I'm wrong) and it would serve you well to stay above it.
