Not URM, no chance at T14.

Great shot at plenty of T50 schools.

EDIT: What's your GPA through the LSAC?

What is your LSDAS GPA ? LSDAS only considers grades earned for your first BA or BS degree.

OP: You should be accepted to many Tier One (Top 50) law schools & should receive scholarship offers from many, maybe most, Tier Two law schools based on your 163 LSAT score.

LSAC calculates your GPA using only classes taken up to the awarding of your FIRST bachelors degree.
