chances for university of oregon?

I just took my LSAT in February so I don't have my scores yet...but I don't think I did worse than 160
GPA: 3.32 (from Carleton College)
I'm going to submit my application at the deadline of March 1 because of my late LSAT (I know being this late may hurt my chances).
I think I have a pretty good topic for a PS (about building a martial arts gym in Costa Rica...using that as a linchpin as to why I want to do business law)
I will have to write an addendum for a misdemeanor trespassing charge when I was doing parkour three years ago : / Which I hope doesn't hurt me too much.
This is the only place I'm applying since I just moved to Eugene and I'm a bit nervous. Do I have a chance of getting in?
