Your GPA and LSAT are a bit low, being below 25th for HYS, but you do boast some pretty impressive experience which might make them take a closer look. That being said, I would say consider for Harvard and Yale, and in at Columbia (Columbia lists 3.72 as a median and you sit on their 25th).

I had very similar stats to you and I got into Columbia, but I applied pretty much day 1, so I think you have great shot there.
