Hey all, what do you think of my chances? Pretty good resume experience and an interest in IP/Business law.

Michigan - ?
Duke - ED ?
Vanderbilt - ?

GW - Accepted
UC Davis - ?
UC Hastings - ?

I would say you are in at UC Davis and UC Hastings. I'm not entirely sure about the others, though.

You probably have a chance at all, but are most likely a lock at GW on down. Pretty decent chances at USC/UCLA if you apply early. Have you checked out lawschoolnumbers.com?

Also, I think you have a very good shot at Michigan if your application is good and you apply early.

ETA: Wait, did you already apply or are you waiting for next cycle?

I submitted all my apps mid december. Im from cali and really prefer either duke or usc. All the non cali schools i applied to were fee waivered and since i dont have too much attachment to michigan i only gave them a personal statement and diversity statement. GW actually got back to me in less than a month which was a nice surprise.

I spent a very long time making my diversity statement and personal statement so i think theyre pretty good.
