158 OOS chances at Ole Miss?

Hey guys,
looking for some input here. Have a 158 LSAT score, as well as a 3.4ish (+ or - a few points GPA). I am out of state.
I did write a "Why Ole Miss?" Essay and sent it to the admissions department.
What do ya'll think? According to last year on LSN.. it looks kinda iffy.
I would appreciate the input.
