First thing you need to do is to write a LOCI to UChicago explaining that your SO will be in TFA in Chicago and therefore it is your #1 school and you will matriculate if offered admission. This is important for them to know, as it is a circumstance that is unusual and may cause the Dean to me more lenient on your application. Do this for UPenn as well if you are waitlisted (Although I wouldn't say both are your #1).MSZ wrote:So my partner just got accepted to TFA and will either be in Chicago or Philly, depending on where I will go to law school. The only problem, I've been waitlisted at Chicago, and have yet to here from Penn. If I don't get into Penn, which should I apply early to next year? I'd rather be in Chicago for what it's worth. Do I have a shot getting in early?
