Chances at UC Berkeley, UCLA and USC?

Almost your number twin (one point less on the LSAT), and I was accepted to UCLA so I'd think you'd have a very good shot. Not sure about the others; my guess is yes at USC and unless you have strong/interesting softs, waitlist/no at Berkeley. Unfortunately, California schools prefer high GPAs so you may do better if you go outside the state.

Splitters don't have the luxury of moving down the rankings a bit and getting more money. The smart play for the splitter is usually to just go to the best school he can get into.

Move out of the west coast bubble.

UW doesn't give out $$$. They basically don't do merit scholarships, the only money available seems to be a PI scholarship.

The above is all good advice but to answer your question your best shot is probably at USC. I don't really know all that much about SC cause I never wanted to go there at all but UCLA and Boalt are both gpa whorish and Boalt is just hard to get into regardless.

On a personal note I have a slightly higher LSAT and a slightly lower GPA and I was rejected at both UCLA and Boalt.

+1 - Except slightly higher GPA and lower LSAT. Didn't apply to UCB, but UCLA waitlisted me. The odds are against you at the top end of the UC system.
