Top Law Schools

I have a LSAT 163 and a 3.9GPA from Georgia State (weaker school). I have a few years of work experience from high school and undergrad but nothing exceptional. I am applying straight from undergrad.

How much scholarship money do you think I will be able to get from these schools? ( I am out of state for all these schools)

Ohio State
UNC
Wake Forest
U of Maryland
U of Illinois
Penn State
Indiana-Bloomington

Also, how does scholarships for law school work? Is it like undergrad where only top students get money? Or does everyone at or above the median receive a few grand?

Can you sit out a cycle and retake? Shame to waste the 3.9 (doesn't matter where it's from) -- 5 more points or so and you'll be looking at $$ from much better schools.
