I would like to give my friend some solid advice from all you TLS experts. He is not going to retake.

Everyone here who knows what they are talking about are going to suggest retaking. If your friend wants to limit his options with a mediocre LSAT score, there's really nothing else to say.Oglethorpe wrote:Very helpful.law4vus wrote:Then your friend has already made up his mind and doesn't need TLS advice.
Highest ranked. I don't think region matters to him. He has mentioned BC.law4vus wrote:Everyone here who knows what they are talking about are going to suggest retaking. Additionally, all you asked for was "advice". You didn't provide a school list, a rankings spectrum, or even a region to work in. Maybe then, we could be a little bit more helpful.
Maybe ED to UVA.Oglethorpe wrote:If anyone can suggest some good "reach" schools for him to apply to I would appreciate it.
I see you go to GW. What do you think his chances would be there?law4vus wrote:Maybe ED to UVA.Oglethorpe wrote:If anyone can suggest some good "reach" schools for him to apply to I would appreciate it.
BC also has a decent shot as you mentioned before.
I don't really know - they seem to be WL/rejecting people with really good numbers this year. I'm not sure what's going on with the admissions office.Oglethorpe wrote:I see you go to GW. Yeah, I already said it but some people just won't listen! Retake is really the best option given he could get a T6 with that GPA.InGoodFaith wrote:FTFYlaw4vus wrote:If he gets into one of the Boston schools, that's the way to go unless he wises up and retakes.
