170, 3.84; Opinions needed!!

I'm applying to the following schools between Jan. 5th and 15th because of the late Dec. LSAT release date. What are my odds with a 170 LSAT and 3.84 gpa at a top-50 undergrad with pretty good extracurriculars/LORs? How much does applying this late hurt me? Thanks!

you should get at least 2 of them, maybe 3

Not sure how much applying late will matter, but I could see you in at Duke, Georgetown, and Cornell, probably in (60/40) at Penn, and NYU a bit of a reach.

I knew someone that applied with similar stats and was placed on the priority waitlist at gulc and then got in with $$, so don't feel discouraged if that happens.

Thanks for replying. I am definitely worried about being waitlisted to several of my favorites.
