LSAC GPA: 3.96 (4.0 from cc, 3.93 university)
LSAT: 171
URM: No (asian american)
relatively strong softs, letters of recs
Please chance me at HYS and the top 20 law schools, taking into account that my apps are just about to go complete (and thus being late in the cycle). I have an LSAC fee waiver so I will be applying to all in the top 20 law schools. Thank you very much.

SLS is your best T3 bet.

I doubt you will get any scholarship at the T3. Yale and Harvard I know for a fact do not do merit aid, not sure about SLS. Anyways, it would be good for you to just get in, expect no scholarship money from SLS if you do get in.
Your chances for the rest of the T14 are good. I say you are in everywhere for the lower T14. Chicago, NYU, Columbia are your target schools. You will probably get in one of these schools, maybe two.
But still, I wouldn't expect too much money from these schools. Any significant aid is going to come from lower T14 schools.

I'm pretty sure YHS only do need-based aid.
