How are my chances at these schools? Non-urm male. PT 164ish, gonna retake in Feb but sending out apps to these schools and tell them to go on without the Feb score. If I kill it in Feb I'm going to apply next cycle anyways.

Washington and Lee
Tulane
SMU (PT)
UNC
FSU
UF
Wake Forest
George Mason

I'm well aware of LSN. Just wanted to get some human opinions on the matter.

For the schools that I researched on my own time, I'd guess

W&L - waitlisted (i was with a 3.5/160)
Wake Forest - waitlisted
Florida schools - in

I don't know much about the others.

Thanks for the input!!! W&L was my #2 behind Emory, but that's not an option now. Hopefully I can hit the W&L waitlist and improve the score in Feb so I can get off it! :)

Out at SMU, they prefer LSAT to GPA.

I'm sorry, I meant SMU part time. Median for PT is 160 and GPA is 3.57.

Better shot PT?

That is true for most law schools. Now, how do you find out which schools tend to like GPAs better than most schools?

It's not true at "most" law schools. There is a pretty good split.

Are you a Florida resident? That changes the game completely @ UF. They have a very high residency requirement. If you're a resident, you probably have fighting odds even this late in the cycle.
