Your best shot is to ED to UVA, 163 is going to be too low for any other T14.

PTng between 170-177 2 weeks before exam so I'm devastated. All under realistic conditions. What killed me is I ran out of time on 12 questions total on the exam.

Wait a year. Retake. Right now it's late in the cycle and your chances are lower than they would be if you had applied earlier. Find some nice work experience, make your application flawles and study your butt off. If you want t14, you should take a year
