3.75 undergrad gpa from top-20 school and LSAT of 169 (december).

two questions:

1.

in/out/waitlist

UNC
Duke
Harvard
Stanford
UVA
Michigan
Cornell
Northwestern

2. does it make sense to retake in Feb? My PT average was 170/171, so this is not terrible, but I ran out of time on RC and bombed that section.

Retaking in Feb. won't matter much for this cycle. Just too late. Also, you did fairly in line w your PTs so I wouldn't retake unless you're sure you can do better. Also:
