Hard: 4.0 Undergraduate GPA, will graduate with two degrees (Banking and Finance; Spanish)
Taking next administration of LSAT, consistent PTs have resulted in range from 168-172, confident that I will end up with something near 170, so this is my estimate.

Soft: will graduate tied for 1st in class rank; attended large public state university; Phi Kappa Phi, NSCS, Beta gamma Sigma; Member of elite student investment management team, fraternity leadership experience, student recruiter for university; work experience as golf instructor for 3+ years, congressional internship; single parent home (matters?)

I will be (on paper) most likely an average candidate regarding demographics, I am a white male from a middle class upbringing. I have several schools which I intend to apply to, including Harvard Law school, UVA, Vanderbilt, Columbia, Stanford, Penn, NYU, and Yale. What are my chances at these places? +1. I was testing from 170-177 (average ~173) and still got a 169 in the end. You can't assume that you'll score in the middle of your PT range on the real LSAT: NEVER get complacent unless you are studying well above (4-5 points on average) your goal LSAT. Maybe you will, maybe you won't, but it's no guarantee that you'll get a 170 if your range is from 168-173. Most people experience 2-4 point test-day drops. If you assume you are part of the norm, that means you're more likely to get between 164-168 than 170=173.

This is probably your strongest selling point aside from the numbers. Consider writing your personal statement or adversity essay about it.
