if your major & softs are decent, sure. otherwise no because youre below medians. maybe stanford - kind of a blackbox so shoot them an app. my lsat was higher than yours but my gpa was way lower (laughably low) but my app had a lot of interesting things going on so S gave me a WL, so might be worth a shot for you
