Split score what are chances question

Hi,

As of now, I currently have a 150 lsat and 3.9 GPA. I've had jobs and internships, and I will be graduating undergrad in the spring. I did take the lsat again and am waiting for the score, but assuming I do not go up and do not retake, I am trying to figure out BOTH where to apply as target and slight reach schools and where to apply for grant or scholarship money.

I'm looking at schools mostly on the East Coast.

As of now, I'm considering:

Hofstra
Buffalo
Touro
NYLS
Albany
Villanova - reach
Umiami
Quinnipiac
BU
Rugers
Brooklyn
St. Johns
Uconn

What do you think about these schools for target and reach schools? How about for possible grant and scholarship money?

Are there any other schools I should consider if my score does not increase both for admittance and/or for funding?

Thanks so much.

You need to study and raise your score. Don't waste a 3.9 GPA.

Thanks. If I don't study and hypothetically do not go up, what do you think of the question about target and reach schools and schools for funding based on the ones I mentioned and on others? Thanks.

That 3.9 GPA will most likely make you competitive at all those schools, save for BU and some of the other higher-ranked schools you listed and you'll get a few acceptances.

That being said, none of those schools are worth going (again, aside from BU) to even with significant scholarship money. Figure out some way to get a 165 on the LSAT. If you have to pay for a tutor, it will save you significant money in the future regarding job prospects and debt. Do NOT go to law school until you get a 165. Seriously. You have a 3.9, so you obviously aren't a dolt. Use that to get a much higher LSAT score.

Also - how the crap do you consider Villanova a reach but not BU? Unless there's some other BU I don't know about.
