163/3.49 Chances?

First off, if anyone who replies on here has their own thread on this board, please put a link in your response, and I'll be sure to take a look at your schools and give you my opinion. It's only fair.
Anyways, I've done a lot of reading on LSN to try and get a sense for which schools I actually have a decent chance at getting into, and I've identified 6 schools I am confident I will be admitted and 9 schools that I am fairly confident I will be rejected (I applied to 23 total).
That leaves 8 schools in the middle, and I change my mind on a day to day basis about my chances of acceptance at each.
I think I have fairly strong softs (strong resume demonstrating leadership and work experience, and a pretty good personal statement), and I am from Virginia, so I will only be in-state for one of these schools (George Mason). Also worth noting I have a pretty good upward grade trend in each school year.
Here are the 8 schools I'm curious about:
Iowa
North Carolina
Wake Forest
Florida
Indiana
George Mason
Wisconsin
UC Hastings
I have my own predictions for which of these schools I'll end up getting in, but like I said, I change my mind about them frequently, and I'd like to see what an unbiased third party thinks. I'll share my predictions after I get a response or two if anyone is curious.
Thanks in advance, and if you have your own thread on here, be sure to link me to it and I'll take a look and comment on your schools as a token of my appreciation.
