Thoughts on chances of ED to Penn?

Hey guys, thanks for thoughts ahead of time. I've been following your advice on other stressed applicants and thought you could help me out :)

3.72 LSDAS GPA, 168 LSAT

Did freshman year at Bucknell and then transferred to UPenn. Two years out, strong relevant work experience (excellent rec from current job, as well as 2 great ones from school), and significant international work experience. 2 years out of college now.

If it doesn't work out, also applied to Michigan, BU, Duke, UVA, Cornell, NYU, Georgetown, GW, Columbia. Also considering applying to Northwestern and Fordham. Any thoughts on chances there?

Main reason I'm worried is that most people who get in are either all good or solid splitters... I kinda straddle the median.

Thanks!

Without being over one of the medians, you are probably a WL/reject. People with your numbers have gotten Michigan this cycle and NU might take you with work experience.

TCR is retake. You have a whole year to break 170.

EDIT: Also, you can find this info on LSN quite easily. I saw very few EDs accepted who weren't over at least one median.

Yep, got rejected! Not too worried about it though, I think I was ready to get out of Philly anyway.

Thanks for the advice- I would retake the LSAT, but this was already my second time, and though all but two of my practice tests were between 167-173 (i had a 162 and a 175 also haha, but anyway I know I can improve), I can't wait another year for this. If I end up going to Cornell instead of NYU I'll survive.

That being said, taking february and hoping it can augment scores this cycle isn't such a great idea is it? It's pretty much the only way I can contemplate retaking the LSAT.
