Top Law Schools

I am applying to University of Pennsylvania, and it's really one of my first choices. As I said in my post, I have a 172/3.78 from UC Berkeley. I've checked LSN, but I have not found someone who applied as late as I am going to have to.

Due to LOR concerns, I might not be able to apply until the 2nd (possibly 3rd) week of December. I realize that this is relatively late, so I was wondering if anyone could shed light on my chances at Penn even with this submittal date. I'd appreciate it.

I don't think your chances are terrible, I think January is when you really need to start getting worried, but I haven't been in the application game very long, so I could be wrong.

By all accounts, December is only late by TLS standards. Earlier is better, but I wouldn't worry.
