International student LSAC report

Hi, I'm an international student, also a master in social sciences from U.S.
The LSAC doesn't give international students GPA, but only a notation, mine is "superior".
My Oct LSAT is 162, planning on taking it again in Dec (aiming 168). So I guess I'll be very late in the cycle.
Anyone can give me an estimate of my chances? I aim for top 20, east coast.
In particular, anyone know about how law schools view international students' transcripts? How should I position myself with the "superior" notation?
Thank you very much!
