Chances for UChi?

I have a UG GPA that will be between 3.1-3.2 (some sort of miracle could wind up pushing 3.3 if that even makes a difference), and an LSAT of 173. Considering retaking in December to give myself a shot at UChi, my longtime dream school (I personally value it significantly above UVA). I am still applying to places now, but what chance would I have at UChi RD applying right after December scores come out with something more in the range of 175-177? I know it's not a real score, but please help me out with advice or chances on this, I have a score of 173 already so I believe I can do it, just want to see if it would be worth it or not. Thanks

I have a feeling even a better LSAT isn't going to help you that much. It's your GPA that is holding you back and taking UChi out of the realm of possibility.

I know it's not what you want to hear but I applied last year right after the December scores came out and was flat out rejected at Chicago. I have a 176 and a 3.47. That plus lsn make me think your chances aren't very good.

I have a 3.2/177. From my research I've found that my score has a very, very low but non-zero chance at U Chi. So, think less than 5 percent chance.
