I would like some help deciding where I should apply.
I'm an international app with a 168 LSAT and a above average GPA (8.96 on a 10.00 scale).
I'm not willing to retake (I get VERY nervous on tests like this and I do not think I could do much better).
I don't know if this affects my chances, but some info about me:
- law undergrad, practicing lawyer for the last 14 months
- 2 years as a TA (Constitutional Law)
- 2 years at law clinic
- 3 years as an intern at the Public Defenders Off.
- research assistant for 2 law professors
- publications: law book and 5 law articles
- 5 languages
Since I'm an international I'm not eligible for federal loans and I was hoping to get a good scholarship.
Any thoughts?

Well, if you don't mind the Midwest, what about WUSTL or IU-B?

Good thoughts, they're splitter friendly and generous with scholarships. I would look hard there--Bloomington is a cool city. What languages, just curious? And isn't Unagi eel?

Apply to Berkeley, Cornell, Georgetown, and any other school with an LSAT median of 168 or below in the markets you're interested in. Michigan and Vandy are reaches, but a good app could push you over the hump (provided you're ok with paying sticker). There's also the slimmest of slim chances that Stanford could throw you a bone.
