3.67 and 167... Cornell?

I have a 3.67 and a 167 from the October LSAT.
I know chances are slim, but is there a possibility that I will be accepted into Cornell with early action?
maybe UT-Austin?
also, would a 'Why Cornell' statement improve chances of admission?
thanks ahead of time for all your help

Maybe at Cornell I'm not sure. Less likely at UT unless you're a TX resident

Decent chance at Cornell with your numbers in this down cycle.

Decent at Cornell. Write the Why Cornell and get it in before the 1st.

I had identical numbers last cycle (2nd LSAT much better for this years cycle). Early Action provides no boost, for what its worth I got deferred to the RD pool last year and eventual rejection for Cornell. I got into UT-Austin pretty late in the cycle, meaning I was probably borderline.

You're on the cusp.
