Retaking Dec, PTing around 165-167. Ugh.
Pitt (fee waiver), Temple and Cincy are on the top of my list. Want to stay in PA post-grad. I'm a female, Pitt's email mentioned that was the reason they sent me a fee waiver.
Fee Waivers: Richmond, Case, Gonzaga, Michigan State, Marquette, Santa Clara.
I would get in state for Pitt and Temple, and I wouldn't need money from Temple that bad. I'd like to send in early apps, but would like to think December is going to turn out better.
Thanks.

Yeah, sadly they don't offer instate rates. Love It's Always Sunny.

It's super easy to qualify for an almost instate rate at Cincy, see their graduate metro rate.

Do I have a chance at Cincy with my current score? I actually currently reside in Ohio, and could qualify for instate since I have lived in Ohio for 12 months. But I am applying as instate PA. Cincy is big on public interest, which is what I want to study.

submit the applications now, and indicate that you are retaking the score. Most schools will hold your application until they get all LSAT scores, but you are in the pile early. If you want to stay in PA, pitt is a good option for you. The schools that you have fee waivers willbe difficult to get you back to PA after graduation, so keep that in mind when you apply. But if you score within your PT range, then you will have a wider variety of schools to apply to, and Pitt will most likely award you with a scholly.
